CYC solid PCBN discs cover a grain size range from 1 μm to 15 μm, with CBN content ranging from 40% to 90%. The series includes the F-series for general-purpose applications and the H-series for enhanced wear resistance, suitable for continuous and interrupted roughing to finishing of cast iron, hardened steels, and superalloys. The blanks are available with diameters exceeding 55 mm, featuring a uniform, defect-free structure. Standard inventory is readily available, and both the PCBN thickness and overall disc thickness can be customized.
